So you can choose to go in and get punished then learn what to do about it in the future so it can no longer destroy you. That's what turn-based game are all about, punishing you for your lack of information. Originally posted by Jackal:yall missing the point where it was literally my first medium dungeon and i havent evne plaeyd the game for 2 hours yet, saying "dats easy" when its clearly not, is just apologizing for bad gameplay The Collector only spawns when your inventory is 65%+ full and has a very low chance of spawning when you meet this condition so it's really unfortunate that you encountered him so early on! If it was your first medium dungeon, there's also the chance your skills/gear just weren't levelled which worked against you. It can be easier to manage the heads, rather than kill them all each round. Highwayman is the big damage dealer, Man-at-Arms has some kind of annoying guard abilities (but these don't alter the damage from DOTs), Vestal can buff the damage of another head but that won't matter if there's no real "damage dealer" to buff. Each of the adds functions differently and there can be more than one of the same time. DOTs always work wonders for chipping away at a high HP enemy and a successful stun neuters the ability to summon adds while the rest of your party attacks. He has a relatively low resistances for a miniboss, especially in low level dungeons. So consider the following if you want some pointers for a future encounter: People who've played a lot can easily say "he's easy" because they know how he works, which obviously a new player isn't going to know. My advice for you is to treat this like a learning experience, part of DD is your heroes will die to unfortunate dice rolls or your own mistakes.
